Online Payment Convenience Fee

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the decision to cover all credit card transaction fees. At the time, our focus was on easing costs for families during a period that brought many uncertainties. We were glad to provide that small bit of relief when it was needed most.

Today, our district is working carefully to balance rising expenses while protecting programs and services for students. One step in this effort is reinstating the standard 4% processing fee charged by credit card companies. Beginning October 1, 2026, this cost will again be the responsibility of the purchaser, rather than being absorbed by the district.

We know even small adjustments can make a difference for families, and we are grateful for your understanding. Thank you for continuing to partner with us in supporting our students, staff, and schools; we truly couldn’t do this work without you.

I understand the Camas Community Education program does not provide insurance. I certify that the person participating is physically and mentally able to participate in this activity. I, intending to be legally bound, waive and release my rights and claims for damages that may accrue against any and all sponsors of this activity. I understand participant’s image may be used for promotional purposes for CCE and/or the CSD.
